Returns Policy

UK Returns
We offer a no hassle, simple returns service for all orders!
You may return any item within 30 days of receipt for a full refund provided the item is in its original, unused condition.

To return an item, simply follow the steps below.

1. Email returns@exquisiteglass.co.uk to receive your free returns label.
2. Repackage the item in the original box and packaging.

3. Take your parcel to any Post Office counter and obtain proof of postage. Please do not post the package through the post box as you will need the Post Office receipt. 

International Returns
You can return any items within 14 days of receipt, if the item is in its original, unused condition.
Simply return to the address below, returns will be made at your own cost.
